We stand behind the quality of every REYA product. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@reyalife.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or ingestible items once opened
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
If you have questions about your specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
